Dr. Yashwant Singh Parmar Government Medical College & Hospital, established in 2016, is located in Nahan, Sirmaur district, Himachal Pradesh. This institution came into existence with the upgrade of the Regional Hospital. The college is affiliated with Himachal Pradesh University and holds approval from the Medical Council of India (MCI). Each year, GMC Nahan provides 120 seats for MBBS aspirants and 30 seats for students pursuing General Nursing and Midwifery. Admissions at this college are based solely on merit and the NEET Entrance Exam results (National Eligibility Cum Entrance Examination). Once the NEET cutoffs are announced, the college initiates the admission and counselling procedures for prospective students.
