Kalinga Institute of Nursing Sciences (KINS), located in Bhubaneswar, was founded in 2008 as a private institution linked with the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT). It is accredited by both the Indian Nursing Council and State Nursing Council. KINS provides courses such as B.Sc Nursing, M.Sc Nursing, and GNM, with admissions determined by merit in the KIIT Entrance Examination (KIITEE). As per the IIRF 2023 ranking, KINS holds the 30th position nationwide and the 2nd in Orissa in the Nursing Category. The institute is equipped with excellent facilities and infrastructure, featuring modern classrooms and a range of sophisticated labs like the MCH lab, Paediatric Lab, Nutrition Lab, MSN Lab, O&G lab, and Advanced Nursing Skill lab, all offering hands-on practical training.
