Ramaiah Institute of Technology (RIT), situated in Bangalore, was founded in 1962. It's a private engineering institution associated with VTU. The college is accredited by AICTE, NAAC (with an A+ grade), and NBA. RIT has been ranked 25th by India Today, 9th by The Week, 6th by Outlook, and 75th in the NIRF (B.Tech) 2024 rating. RIT offers a variety of undergraduate, postgraduate, and research programs, including BE, M.Tech, MBA, MCA, M.Arch, and PhD. For undergraduate admissions, KCET and COMEDK scores are considered, while GATE, PGCET, KMAT, MAT, and CMAT scores are required for postgraduate admissions.
