

The Central Institute of Technology (CIT) in Kokrajhar was established in 2006 and operates as a centrally funded institution under the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. It is an autonomous entity registered under the Societies Registration Act of 1860, and has recognition from both UGC and AICTE.
