Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad, commonly referred to as MNNIT Allahabad, was established in 1961. It operates as an autonomous institute, and both UGC and AICTE have given their approval. According to the rankings by Collegedunia in 2025, it holds the 20th position among engineering colleges, while NIRF ranked it at 60th in 2024. The institute provides a range of programs including undergraduate, postgraduate, and Ph.D. degrees in fields such as Computer Applications, Engineering, Science, and Management.
