Bundelkhand University, commonly known as BU Jhansi, is a public university located in Uttar Pradesh, established in 1975 under the state's university act. It includes 27 institutions across the state, offering over 100 programs that span various disciplines at the undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels. In 2025, BU Jhansi was ranked 28th in Design and 35th in Architecture by IIRF. The following year, it secured the 75th position for Pharmacy in India according to the same ranking body. The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) has awarded BU Jhansi an A++ grade. When it comes to admissions, BU Jhansi provides a broad array of undergraduate courses like B.Tech, BAJMC, B.Sc, B.Ed, BBA, and B.Com. At the master's level, options include M.Sc, MBA, and a Diploma in Pharmacy.
