Indian Institute of Technology Ropar, commonly referred to as IIT Ropar, is a leading public technical university situated in Rupnagar, Punjab. Founded in 2008, it earned the 48th spot in the overall category in the NIRF rankings of 2024. By 2025, CollegeDunia ranked it 35th for its B.Tech program.
