The Institute of Chemical Technology Mumbai, commonly known as ICT Mumbai, was founded in 1933. This institute boasts an A++ grade accreditation by NAAC, and it's recognized by UGC and approved by AICTE. According to Collegedunia's 2025 rankings, it stands at 53rd in India and 3rd in Mumbai within the engineering category. ICT Mumbai provides undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs, admitting students through both national and state-level exams. The B.Tech program is ICT Mumbai's flagship offering and is available in various specializations. To be eligible for B.Tech admission, students need to have completed their 10+2 with physics and chemistry as major subjects along with clearing the MAH-CET.
