Nirma Institute of Technology, commonly referred to as ITNU, is situated in Ahmedabad and was founded in 1995 by the Nirma Education and Research Foundation (NERF). Recognized by the NBA and holding an 'A+' accreditation from NAAC in 2022, it was ranked 14th in the B.Tech category by The Week. The institute provides a variety of programs including undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral courses across different streams. Tuition fees for B.Tech courses range from INR 2.5 lakh to INR 2.7 lakh annually, based on specialization, while M.Tech programs have a semester fee starting at INR 2.8 lakh. Admission into B.Tech and M.Tech courses is determined by the performance in JEE Mains and GATE exams, with cutoff ranks between 2,125 and 4,029 for B.Tech.
