SSIT Tumkur offers a range of facilities and scholarship opportunities for its students. For accommodation, there's hostel availability for both boys and girls, offering rooms with single, double, and triple beds, complete with furniture like tables, chairs, and wardrobes, housing over 750 students. The library at SSIT is quite extensive, seating around 580 individuals, and includes a digital section. Currently, the library boasts 67,000 books and subscribes to 156 National and International Journals. Within the campus, there's a canteen with a modern kitchen that can serve 150 students simultaneously, along with a cafeteria for snacks and refreshments. A Syndicate bank is positioned at the campus entrance and provides ATM and locker facilities, covering an area of 250 square meters. Additionally, students have access to sports and recreational facilities, a health center, a post office, and services like photocopying and laundry. Regarding scholarships, SSIT Tumkur provides financial assistance for eligible students. The fee details are as follows: For Category I, IIA, and IIIA, the fee amounts to INR 18,100. Category IIB is listed at INR 20,000, while Category IIIB continues at INR 18,100. OBC (EWS) students have a fee of INR 12,067. SC students are charged INR 25,405, and ST students have a fee of INR 62,012. It should be noted that fees could vary depending on the student's economic background.
