New Horizon College of Engineering in Bangalore, often referred to as NHCE Bangalore, is an autonomous institution. It has approval from both the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the University Grants Commission (UGC), while being affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Bangalore. Founded in 2001, NHCE is recognized by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and boasts an 'A' grade accreditation by NAAC.
