CV Raman Bhubaneswar Global University, an autonomous institute, has received approval from both the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the University Grants Commission (UGC). Established in 2020, it was ranked 96th in the engineering category by NIRF in 2025. The university offers a variety of undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs, primarily leading to B.Tech and M.Sc degrees. There are fourteen specializations within the B.Tech program. Entry into this program is based on the OJEE Entrance Exam, followed by a counselling process. The cost for the B.Tech program is approximately INR 11.6 Lakhs. Although the 2025 placement report for CV Raman Bhubaneswar is yet to be published, the prior year's report indicated that the highest package offered was INR 45 LPA, while the minimum package was INR 4 LPA.
