Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) in Ranchi stands as a leading government medical institution in Jharkhand. Founded in 1960, it gained autonomous status in 2002. Approved by the National Medical Commission, RIMS functions under the Government of Jharkhand and is academically linked with Ranchi University.
