PES Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, commonly known as PESIMSR, was founded in 2001. It is equipped with a 750-bed hospital featuring cutting-edge facilities. Affiliated with Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences in Vijayawada, PESIMSR is also recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI) in New Delhi. The institute offers an M.B.B.S program based on regulations that span four and a half academic years, divided into nine semesters.
