

Dr. Vaishampayan Memorial Government Medical College, established in 1963, is affiliated with Maharashtra University of Health Sciences in Nashik and is managed by the Directorate of Medical Education & Research, Maharashtra Government. It's closely connected to the Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Sarvopachar Rugnalaya in Solapur. Each year, the college admits 100 students into its MBBS program.
